Mission Statement NANTU is a national democratic, autonomous, non-sexist, non-racial teacher's union catering for the professional, social and economic needs of its members and influencing and enhancing the education system. Goal To unite all teachers in Namibia in one respected, representative and self-reliant union which is able to broadly and effectively represent its members interest and provide them with reliable and appropriate services.

From my personal view, the Union represent all the teachers is true and they really deserve something better than what they earn now. The country is developing because of the progress they have made so far and therefore they really deserve an increment to their salaries. We need people like Mr Kaaronda, we salute you. 2 years ago
