nice is a chef finishing school that targets professionals from the Namibian culinary industry who wish to polish their skills and further their own careers. Students are being trained in the masteries of cooking by German head chef Ralf Herrgott, who is also the manager of the nice restaurant and bar.
The results of the school manifest directly in the nice restaurant and bar as the two facilities serve as an active training ground for the students in terms of practicing their skills in the culinary arts, service and food and beverage management.
