About

An unmet demand for affordable, superior quality fresh seafood combined with a passion for great fare prompted us, Tommy Kellner and Marco Eck to start Fishmonger’s in 2012.

We started by experimenting with producing Gravlax made from the same fresh Norwegian salmon imported for wholesale to local restaurants and supermarkets, by SeaSource, our sister company. Then we began to expand on our product complement to demonstrate what can be done with the other fresh produce supplied by SeaSource. Fishmonger’s now offer a range of products including fresh and frozen Mediterranean & Asian specialties, fresh Sushi and a variety of superior quality fresh fish and seafood sourced from both local and international suppliers.

Our premises in Windhoek is home to an eatery where you can sit and enjoy a freshly prepared meal selected from our daily menu; or you can order your meal for take-out and shop for items from our fish counter and deli while you wait.

A favourite with our customers is our “Bottomless Sushi” events, held from time to time at our eatery where you pay a fixed price for as much of our Sushi as you can eat – freshly made by our in house Sushi Chefs.

We’re soon launching a delivery service that will bring the best of Fishmonger’s to you at your office or home during our business hours.
