All though Synergy is an independent business we form part of a larger Organization that strives towards promoting a Healthy Active Lifestyle for the community. We believe that most of our health challenges can be best managed by good nutrition and exercise.

We focus on education to help people better understand their own body and that starts with a Wellness Profile which includes a nutritional and lifestyle evaluation as well as a body composition analysis.
