An opportunity exists for interested and qualified
candidates to apply for the mentioned position at
Namib Mills Distribution Department situated at the
Bavaria Depot in Windhoek.


SUPERVISOR ADMINISTRATION

PURPOSE OF JOB
Responsible for the collection and consolidation of
information and reporting thereof.

KEY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collecting and reporting of daily management statistics
• Analyse depot and customer damages as to manage all
such occurrences
• Ensure that procedures are in place to handle goods
returned, as well as claims from customers
• Assist supervisors on surveillance/vehicle tracking related
issues
• Be involved in debriefing of all trucks returning from
deliveries
• Be involved in monthly reporting activities
• Assist in accurate and timeous filing of all required
documents as per laid down procedures
• Assist with stock management in the absence of stock
control clerk
• Assist with daily checks as identified by the depot manager
• Any tasks or initiatives to enhance the business and your
career
• Assist supervisors with load distribution to customers
• Assist in managing of surveillance camera personnel
• Perform ad hoc tasks as requested by the Depot Manager

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Relevant certificate (NQF 5) with 2 year experience OR
Grade 12 (NQF 4) with 3 - 5 years relevant experience
• Knowledge of ACCPAC will be an added advantage
• Computer literate: extended excel experience
• Proficiency in English and Afrikaans
• Namibian citizenship
• Valid Driver’s Licence
