PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR
We are offering a full-time position to an experienced and dedicated
person to join our team. The position is based in OKAHANDJA.
Key Performance Areas• Payroll Administrative Duties
• HR Administrative Duties
• Finance Administrative Duties
• Supports the Safety, Health, and Environmental Systems.
The following qualifications, skills, and experience are needed:• Grade 12
• Minimum five (5) years VIP HR/PAYROLL Systems experience
• VIP Payroll Premier Basic & Advanced Certificates
• General HR experience in a Mining environment.
• Excellent computer skills (MS office)
• Code B driver’s license (added advantage)
• Ability to work to strict deadlines to produce work of a high
standard, organize and prioritize workload effectively
• Effective and efficient communication skills as liaising with
employees form a large component of this role
