AFTER SALES SERVICE MANAGER
Minimum requirements:* Qualified Petrol E Diesel mechanic with a minimum of 5 years experience
* Experienced diagnostic background with minimum of 5 years experience
* Technical courses completed through the manufacturer will be an advantage
* Preference will be given to those who have worked on Volkswagen products
* Indepth knowledge of CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index)
* Previous management experience at same level an advantage
* A compliance certificate of Code of Conduct at Nampol is a requirement
* Positive assesments and approval by VWSA will be an prerequisite to secure
the above position
Required competencies:* To participate actively in solving problems
* High level diagnostic skill
* Assist technical subordinates in solving and analyzing mechanical problems
* Must be willing to work in excess of normal working hours
* Must have a code 8 driver’s license
* Computer literacy required
* Strong leadership skills
* Pro-actively and efficiently lead and motivate workshop and parts department teams
* Value adding as part of executive management team
* Customer orientated
* Financial and management skills related to management level
