CLINICAL CONSULTANT (DISEASE MANAGEMENT)
The incumbent will report to : Medical Service and must be well motivated,
a self-starter, strong administrative and communication skills with high
level of passion and always present a supportive, positive and enthusiastic
attitude towards the job, the company and colleagues. The incumbent have
to be helpful, friendly, accommodating with a customer focused attitude.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:• Grade 12
• A Degree, Diploma or Certificate in Nursing
• Registration with the Namibia Nursing Council as a Nurse
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel and Word)
• Good administrative skills, communication skills
• Experience in HIV Management for 3-5 years
• Fluency in English/Afrikaans (3rd language will be an added advantage)
• Post graduate HIV qualification or training in HIV management
KEY FUNCTIONS:• Provide treatment support for HIV/AIDS patients
• Review and approve, in conjunction with the medical advisor, HIV
medication regimens.
• Monitor HIV patient compliance.
• Interact and manage high risk HIV patients.
• Identify and discuss high risk HIV patients with the medical advisor.
• Review and interpret the blood results of HIV members as part of the
overall management program.
