Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:• Up selling of the hotel’s products
• Visiting potential customers for new business and negotiate the terms of agreement
and sale
• Developing and maintaining a relationship with existing customers
• Achieving monthly or annual targets
The successful candidate will possess the following characteristics:• Grade 12 or equivalent with at least 3 year’s relevant experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Be committed to delivering a high level of customer service with a passion for sales
and achieving targets.
• Must have a driver’s license with own transport
Groups, Conference and Event’s Coordinator
Reporting to the GC&E Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:• Preparation and administration of conference and events
• Complete Invoicing, merging of contracts and function sheets
• Pro-actively dealing with guest’s requests and complaints
• Planning event aspects, such as venue, seating, dining, and guest list in
collaboration with the client to ensure we remain within their specifications
• Inspect venues to ensure that they meet the client’s requirements/needs
The successful candidate will possess the following characteristics:• Grade 12 or equivalent with at least 2 - 3 year’s relevant experience
• Must have excellent customer service, planning, communication and time
management skills
