JUNIOR SALES REPRESENTATIVE (MARIENTAL)
An opportunity exists for interested and qualified candidates to apply for the mentioned position at
Namib Mills (Pty) Ltd in Windhoek.
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE POSITIONResponsible for business planning and operations to pro-actively ensure that all required sales
targets are met and to develop and maintain sales performances.
KEY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES• Ensure availability and timeous delivery of products.
• Timeously collect orders from clients daily as per needs and available storage.
• Maintain FIFO (first in first out) principal and process claims accordingly.
• Ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
• Timeously provide accurate reports to the Key Account Manager on visits, challenges as well as
quality issues as raised by bakeries.
• Creating client reports.
• Control and supervision of Merchandisers.
• Ensure Namib Mills get required exposure.
• Communicate new developments in market.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE• Grade 12 (NQF 4).
• One (1) year working experience.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
• Must be fluent in English.
• Must be willing to travel extensively.
• Willing to work long hours and on weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and Namibian passport.
