We booked a campsite in Solitaire Desert Farm in February 2017. We had been there before and that was a lovely experience. But now we were told that we might not swim in the swimming pool, even though there were hardly any other guests. It is not mentioned on the website and it was a big disappointment for our two kids... :-(

Dear Judith,So sorry for your disappointment. We've always had a day-use fee for campers to use the pools. Some campers book packages that include dinner, breakfast, and activities and pool use is added to that package. You may have been on such a package your first visit, but you were not on this trip. However, you and your kids did use the pool while you stayed with us and we didn't charge you a fee because of the misunderstanding.

3 weeks camping through namibia. One of the best accommodations we came across. Very clean, very friendly, beautiful Setup. Campsites are equipped with absolutely everything you need! Defenitely one of my favorites!

I have no words to describe the beautiful place. The warmth that they recieve you on arrival. Crisp clean rooms. With beautiful sunsets.Dinner great .
