Key Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Improve CAT EMPR equipment performance on site
• Building and maintaining excellent customer relationships
• Manage of Parts and CSA agreements with Husab Mine
• Achieve contractual obligations as per Parts and CSA agreements
• Lead and manage Team/s in daily operational activities
• Conduct weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual meetings with Customers
• Liaison with Caterpillar, BWE LOB and BWE SEENG for technical support
• Accurate component forecasting (AMT)
• Plan and execute planned components replacements (PCR) on CAT equipment
• Achieve PO business plan for Husab Mine
• Maintain Safety Culture of ZERO Harm

Qualifications & Experience
• Qualified Artisan Mechanic in relevant trade (e.g. Diesel Mechanic/
Earthmoving Equipment Mechanic) with minimum 10 years post-apprentice/
leadership experience
• Post Graduate qualifications in Business Management
• Mining Industry background and experience minimum of 5 years
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Caterpillar EMPR equipment knowledge and experience
• Strong Business Acumen (Budgets, Forecasting & Business Plans)
• Ability to develop, articulate and execute continuous improvement processes
• Computer literacy (MS office, SAP, CAT SIMS, SISWEB, AMT and Microsoft
Projects)
• Good communication skills (written and oral)
• Valid driver’s license

Product Support Manager

The Position

Managing the After Sales/Product Support Business at Husab Mine. The successful
the incumbent will provide solutions Husab Mine, meet business financial targets and
ensure optimum equipment reliability and availability and Customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Product Support through effective parts and service deliveries to customers
• General administration and management of a technical team
• Ensure that regional business targets are met
• Achievement of a team environment that enables customer support and
profitability (includes management of HR value chain)
• Effective self-management and performance ownership
• Build and maintain effective relationships with customers, colleagues and
principals through effective communication
• Drive achievement of regional financial targets through a performance
the management system
• Provide Product technical support to customers and team to ensure optimum
machines reliability and availability

Qualifications & Experience

• Diesel Mechanic/ Earthmoving Trade Diploma or
• B. Engineering degree or B. Tech Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• 6 years’ management experience including managing in a customer support
environment
• Good communication (written, verbal and presentation) and negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of Caterpillar machines and processes
• Business development skills and knowledge
• Strong technical background in equipment management
• Track record in leading / managing people in a team-based and participative
environment
• Good understanding of equipment management and maintenance strategies
• Good Customer relations and Entrepreneurial fl air
• Valid driver’s license
