Mission
My mission is to assist my clients to find their
voice.
What I do
Social and cultural norms, which have only increased in the last few
years with technology and social media, can pressure us into changing our
attitudes, beliefs, values, and behavior towards what we think others expect of
us. This causes us to not be true to who we are as a person and as a result,
can create burnout, quarter-life & mid-life crisis, personal distress and
unhappiness to mention a few.
The only way to break that circle is to get in touch with who you are
again and nurturing yourself first and foremost to gain back a sense of
security, happiness and a healthy self-esteem.
In my coaching sessions, I focus on YOU. Who YOU are, what YOUR values
are and what you want YOUR life to look like.
