Mokuti Etosha Lodge in Namibia is the perfect venue for travelers wanting to explore the famous eastern side of Etosha National Park. Known for its excellent and diverse wildlife encounters, this Namibian icon has become a popular destination resort for international, Namibian and SADC visitors.

As the closest lodge to Etosha National Park, Mokuti is only a four minutes drive from the eastern Von Lindequist Gate near the historical Namutoni Fort. Mokuti means "in the forest" and is located on its own private 4.000 hectare nature reserve, which shares a common border with this fascinating wildlife reserve. Our Rooms are available as Standard, Luxury and Luxury Family-Rooms.

Upon arrival, guests are welcomed by a cool, green, tropical oasis. Charming thatched buildings throughout the Hotel garden and two sparkling pools nestled among the vast indigenous gardens, give credence to the name “Mokuti”, which in Ovambo means “In the forest”. At Mokuti Etosha Lodge your accommodation is being spread throughout our forest and gardens.

Accommodation at the lodge includes 106 double or family rooms. The standard rooms have en-suite bathrooms with a bath or shower; air-conditioning with climate control; ceiling fan; mosquito net/door; tea/coffee station; satellite tv; mini-bar; in-room safe and a desk & chair. The luxury rooms either have views of the waterhole or are perfect for viewing sunsets and have similar features as the standard rooms. The luxury family rooms have individual terraces and similar features as the standard and luxury rooms.

Activities and attractions include morning and afternoon game drives; walking trails; tennis; swimming; waterholes; billiard room; reptile park; guided mountain bike tours; Nordic bush walks, spa and the gym.
