!Uris Safari Lodge is located 20 km from Tsumeb between Lake Otjikoto and the Etosha National Park. Uris is a Heikom/Bushmen word meaning 'head lice' and the addition of the '!' refers to a small white hill containing metal.
The lodge has thatched dining, lounge and bar areas which open onto spacious wooden decks. The lodge offers delectable Pan African meals including a full breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Accommodation at the lodge includes seven semi-detached chalets which have queen-sized beds fitted with mosquito nets; en-suite bathrooms; air-conditioning; hair-dryer; kettle; digital in-room safe and telephone. There are seven family bedrooms furnished with four three-quarter beds. There is a step-ladder leading to the loft which has two of the four beds. These rooms have features similar to those of the chalets.
