Namaqua Meat Market was founded in 1997 by Mr. J. P. Van Niekerk and his family.
As time passed Mr. J. P. Van Niekerk and his family realised that the Namibian venison Producers were in need of a better market for their product.
In March 2008 a new Company by the name
Namaqua North Meat CC was registered by Mr. J. P. van Niekerk. (Trading Name:
Namaqua North CC)
The CC Members of Namaqua North Meat CC is
as follows;A. H.Van Zyl Louw & J. P Van Niekerk;
In October 2010 the Members managed to get
Export Accreditation for venison meat and venison carcasses to the R.S.A and
the rest of Africa from their facility in Otjiwarongo, Namibia. Since then
Namaqua North Meat is a meat wholesaler ; Namaqua North also started Wholesaling in other meat products. Today Namaqua North is one of the leading meat wholesalers in Namibia. We are specializing in Beef , Pork, Game, Mutton and Lamb Carcasses and also in their different cuts. We are also selling different chicken cuts.
Today we are Proud to say that we currently deliver approximately 400 000kg meat monthly Country Wide!
