Kashana Lodge is located on the banks overlooking the seasonal Omaruru river. It is the ideal stop-over for those who wish to explore Omaruru. The town is well known for the quality wines and chocolates it produces.
Accommodation at the lodge includes ten chalets. Six of these chalets are fitted with a king-size bed or two double beds; an en-suite bathroom with a bidet and a private veranda as well. There are two family chalets which have an upstairs loft and contain two double beds and two single beds; a shared bathroom with a bidet as well as a private veranda. There is also a twin suite as well as a double luxury room which both have en-suite bathrooms; separate lounge area and an extra bed for families as well as a shared veranda. All rooms at the lodge are also equipped with air-conditioning; a mini-bar; mosquito nets; tea/coffee station; television; internet connection; in-room safe as well as 220v AC power supply.
Facilities at Kashana include a bar and restaurant with separate terrace and two private function rooms. Namibian style cuisine is served at the lodge as well as a continental and English breakfast. There is an a la carte menu and a set menu for lunch and dinner. Breakfast and lunch packs can be prepared for guests with special dietary requirements.
The lodge also has a swimming pool and a lounge area and wellness treatments are offered. Kashana also has laundry service; hairdresser shop; goldsmith and an herbal shop.
