The NamPower Convention Center is located in Windhoek close to the city’s central business district. Business, personal and social activities can be hosted at the center.
The center hosts a medley of venue options, from small and intimate to large and spacious, each designed to cater to its clientele’s specific needs. The center also has the Omaere restaurant and bar. With its ambience, good food and specially selected wines, it provides the clients of from the center and the general public with a place ot unwind and enjoy traditionally Namibian as well as international dishes. The restaurant has a private dining room and a lounge for those seeking a little more privacy.
The centre caters for conferences and has the option of video conferencing, banquets, meetings, private executive dining facilities as well as the bar facilities. All their facilites have state-of-the-art lighting, sound and audio visual equipment. The Audio visual equipment is available to all the conference delegates. The equipment includes data projectors, overhead projectors, document cameras, projection screens, flipcharts, PA systems with multiple microphone systems and simultaneous translation equipment.
The centre has various venues including the Fuacana room, Kokerboom, Paratus, Auas, Omburu, Otjikoto, Omatanda and Obib, all with various carrying capacities.
