Nomtsas Safaris is a company with many years of experience under its belt, they pride themselves on offering travellers an experience that's interesting, different and enjoyable, they are also especially proud with their hunting trophy quality.

They offer sustainable and ethical hunting of Kudus, Oryx, Springbok, Eland, Red Hartebeest, Warthog, Blesbok, Brindled and White-tailed Gnu, Chacma Baboon, Black-backed Jackal, Hartmann Mountain Zebra, Burchell's Plains Zebra as well as Giraffe. Hunting season is however only open during December and January and even then, only during the day. Travellers will be guided and accompanied by a professional master hunting guide and indigenous trackers.Travellers can feel comfortable in air conditioned vehicles during their transfer and open off road four wheelers for the hunting experience.

For the preparation of trophies, all trophies are prepared professionally, and are measured, documented and marked thoroughly. To ensure that the trophy is of best quality, it is soaked for many days to ensure a natural decomposition of all meaty parts. Skins are salted, dried, folded and forwarded to travellers or to the tannery of the traveller's choice, Nomtsas does not accept responsibility regarding the tanning process.

Trophy exporting has two possibilities, Nomtsas prepares all trophies and skins except for any tanning or mounting and forwards them to the traveller via a freight service. Or Nomtsas forwards all trophies and skins to a taxidermy, who will do all preparation, tanning and mounting and then forward it to the traveller. Head and shoulder mounting can only be done by taxidermy.
