Goabaca Community Camp consists of four individual, secluded campsites (for 2-3 tents each; one larger site is available for 4-6 tents). There is a bed of sand for each tent, surrounded by grass and lush riverine vegetation. Large old trees provide shade. Two sites have private wooden decks overlooking the river and the Popa rapids. Each site is equipped with running water, a hot shower, a flush-toilet, a fire place and a thatched open kitchen.
Situated on the eastern bank of the Okavango, this campsite offers a number of activities and attractions including the best view to the rapids, the abundance and variety of birdlife in the flood plains, walks along the river experiencing its unique flora and fauna.
