The Hohewarthe Guest Farm is located about 20 minutes from the International Airport (Hosea Kutako). The guestfarm will arrange for guests to be transported to and from the airport. It is set at the foot of Bismarck mountain, which is one of the highest mountains in Namibia. The area is dominated by bush savannah, hills and mountains.
Various wildlife can be seen on the premises of the guestfarm such as oryx, kudu, zebra, hartebeest, cheetah and leopard. Accommodation at the guestfarm includes four comfortable guest rooms with separate bathrooms as well as a suite in the main building. Two other guest rooms are located in a bungalow.
Activities at the guestfarm include hiking trails ranging in difficulty from thirty minutes to three and a half hours; mountain walks, alone or accommpanied; Nature walks; nature drives; game drives; day trips; horseback riding or simply relaxing and unwinding at the pool.
Guests can also enjoy an African sunset from the sun-downer and viewpoint.
