LODGE BASED GUIDES

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• To lead groups of visitors on activities in remote areas in the Country.
• To work flexible hours including public holidays and weekends.
REQUIREMENTS:
• A trained guide who has had at least 2 years guiding experience
in Namibia
• Qualified with either NATH Badge 1 or equivalent guiding

Qualification
• A valid driver’s license and Public Driving Permit is a prerequisite
• First Aid Certificate
• Good Command of spoken English
• Professional, responsible, resourceful, smart and independent – with
a natural instinct to be a wonderfully sociable host
• A keen understanding of the ethos of bush life, with a plainly
apparent respect and compassion for conservation
• Adaptable, creative and able to work at short notice
• A Second European language would be to your advantage
• Contactable References
