Parts Interpreter: Oranjemund
Komatsu is a leading International company within the

We are currently seeking a Parts Interpreter with a 2-3 year
diploma and at least 2-3 years experience of which 1 year
supervisory experience. Experience working with parts is an
advantage.
Minimum Requirements:
Matric; 2-3 years diploma
Highly computer literate
Valid driver’s license
Responsibilities:
Executes parts sales
Provides advice to customer
Reports customer issues/problems
Executes the parts ordering process
Administrates the introduction of new parts into system
Follows up on emergency and back orders
Generates Parts Inventory Availability Reports


Storeman: Oranjemund
Komatsu is a leading International company within the
mining & construction earth moving equipment industry.
We are currently seeking a Storeman with Grade 12 and at
least 1-year experience working in a warehouse environment
to do stock counts and inbound/outbound materials
handling. SAP- Receiving experience and Forklift License is
an advantage
Minimum Requirements:
Matric; 1 Year experience in a warehouse environment
Highly computer literate
Valid driver’s license
Responsibilities:
Materials handling: Inbound and outbound
Stock counts (perpetual, regular and ad hoc)
Transport of Items / Stock –only licensed staff
Transports stock items /mail/courier items to sites as
required (note: not transport of passengers)

Financial Accountant Operations

We are currently seeking a Financial Accountant Operations
Reporting with B.Com Accounting/Equivalent and at least
5-years experience of the full scope of financial accounting
Minimum Requirements:
Matric; B.Com Accounting/Equivalent
Highly computer literate
Valid driver’s license
Responsibilities:
Prepares, collects and compiles information on equipment
costings on a monthly basis
Processes journal entries at month end
Performs intercompany transactions and monthly balancing
with KSA, KAC, etc. Conducts capacity cost analysis
monthly. Prepares and compiles the sales reports and the
WIP reports weekly Reviews and signs-off reconciliations

Product Support and Sales
Representative:Oranjemund
Komatsu is a leading International company within the
mining & construction earth moving equipment industry.
We are currently seeking a Product Support and Sales
Representative with 4-6 years experience, trade plus
experience of Komatsu products/heavy earth moving
equipment in a mining environment.
Minimum Requirements:
Matric with Maths/Trade
Highly computer literate
Valid driver’s license
Responsibilities:
Plans for inspection of equipment (new and used in stock),
Collates all informative materials, Komtrax registration
forms
Liaises with customer on results of inspection, hands over
warranties
Plans and prepares for anticipated service calls in
conjunction with stakeholders
Plans for the modification of equipment
Oversees warranty repairs that may be required at the site
Provides technical advice & liaison with centralised Komatsu
function

Parts Section Manager: Swakopmund

We are currently seeking a Parts Section Manager with a
3 year Degree/Diploma-Supply Chain Management and
at least 4-6 years experience of which 2 years supervisory
experience will be an advantage
Minimum Requirements:
Degree/Diploma-Supply Chain Management
Highly computer literate
Valid driver’s license
Responsibilities:
Supervises the planning, preparation and checking of
inbound & outbound shipments and warehouse functions
Supervises, controls and coordinates inbound & outbound
activities and processes
Monitors the functionality, optimisation & effectiveness of
warehouse operations / set-up
Reports problems / issues & suggests changes
Reports on statistics & analytics to facilitate continuous
improvement of warehouse operations
Prioritises & plans the expediting of orders
