SECURITY TEAM LEADER - WINDHOEK
Reporting to the Logistics Manager. JOB SUMMARY The Incumbent will be responsible for leading the Security section to ensure a smooth operation while taking an active role in providing protection, safety, and security for guests, employees and the physical property.
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES Manage all facets of external security • Maintenance of all security related contracts • Ensure security measures are in place at all depots • Prevention of stock losses • Overall responsibility of incident reports • Impose access control of employees and all visitors • Alarms and monitoring of premises • Power Track monitoring • VIP Protection as necessary.
REQUIREMENTS Relevant tertiary qualification in Police Science, Security or related field • At least five (5) years' experience in a security environment • Customer service orientated • Written and oral ability of English • Excellent supervisory, planning, organizing and communication aptitude • Results driven & process orientated.
WAREHOUSE TEAM LEADER x 2 — WINDHOEK
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager. JOB SUMMARY
The incumbent will be required to receive stock from the production plant, manage the storage and distribution to the branches and various clients.
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
Receive and dispatch stock • Control stock • Manage & develop staff members • Report, investigate and rectify stock deviances • Maintain health and safety standards • Oversee the day to day of warehouse and yard operations • Measure and maintain daily Warehouse KPIs • Optimize Warehouse asset utilization.
REQUIREMENTS Relevant tertiary qualification in Warehouse Management or related • At least three (3) years relevant experience in Warehouse environment preferably in the Fast-Moving-Consumer-Goods-Business • Experience in administration and stock control will be an added advantage • Excellent Supervisory, Planning, Organizing and Communication abilities.

DISTRIBUTION TEAM LEADER - WINDHOEK
Reporting to the Distribution Manager. JOB SUMMARY
The Incumbent will coordinate the activities of the delivery trucks to ensure the on-time and safe delivery of products to our customers and the return of empties from the trade.
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES Complete delivery schedules • Tracking of vehicles on satellite tracking system • Plan & manage routes • Manage budget. Manage assets • Supervise staff • Ensure drivers adhere to delivery schedule • SHEQ and Good Supply Chain Practice compliance • Monthly reports • Weekly Kronos Updates.
REQUIREMENTS Relevant tertiary qualification in Logistics / Transport Economics / Distribution or related • At least three (3) years relevant experience in distribution environment preferably in the Fast-Moving-Consumer-Goods-Business • Excellent Communication, Supervisory, Planning, Judgment and Organizing abilities required • Customer service orientated • Kronos experience will be an added advantage.
SECURITY CONTROLLER - OSHAKATI
Reporting to the Logistics Manager. JOB SUMMARY
The Incumbent will coordinate security activities at the location, assist in access control through closed circuit television (CCTV) monitoring, serve as communications center for security operations, and maintain constant monitoring of the alarm systems.
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES Managing of all registers and control documents • Truck stripping and blind counts on outgoing and incoming loads • Daily inspection on all operational elements (electric fence, lights, clocking and patrolling, alarms) • Site management of external security functions • Ability to create trust and build relationships across all functions of the business at all levels • Displays an innate ability to satisfy goals and expectations without being influenced by another person despite circumstances.
REQUIREMENTS Relevant tertiary qualification in Security or related field • Minimum of three (3) years Police force experience or security agency exposure, private investigator or similar • Experience in Stock Loss Prevention, Theft investigations will be an added advantage • Results driven & process orientated.
