QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Recognized Trade Diploma
  • Earth moving Professional with a minimum 3 years’ experience in an Earth moving Engineering Maintenance and/or Planning Environment
  • Previous AMT & SYSPRO experience will be an
  • advantage
  • Sound knowledge of Mining equipment maintenance best practices
  • Sound knowledge of equipment life cycle costing
  • English Proficiency
  • Computer literate
  • Code B Driver’s License
  • Fitness for Duty Certificate will be required
KEY JOB PERFORMANCE AREAS

  • Work, Planning and Control (WPC) using the AMT
  • System
  • Controlling of the Reconditioned Spares (RECO) process of sections
  • Accurate maintenance information to allow stakeholders to make effective decisions
  • Adherence to internal Maintenance Planning systems regarding stock, new equipment, scrapping of equipment etc.
  • Providing continuous support to the Foreman/section
  • Assisting Foremen with parts sourcing and requiredlogistics
  • Task planning & scheduling ; including resources required – manpower, time, tools & equipment
  • Adherence to all health and safety practices and promote good housekeeping on an ongoing basis

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Grade 12 Certificate
  • National Diploma: Human Resources Management from a recognised institution will be an added advantage
  • Minimum, 2 years’ experience in similar environment
  • Proficiency in English or Afrikaans
  • Code B Driver’s license
  • Computer Literate
  • Fitness of duty certificate will be required
KEY JOB PERFORMANCE AREAS
  • Management of internal & external customer relationships
  • Assistance with the successful implementation and enforcement of discipline-specific policies and related regulations
  • Handling of administration and documentation
  • Coordination of hostel residence & wellness service
  • Oversee change house administration
  • Minute taking of Meetings
  • Assistance with relevant contract management
  • Assistance with departmental cost report
  • Assisting with ad hoc duties as requested by Supervisor
  • Administrates Company Accommodation facilities
  • Assistance with disciplinary cases and disputes within the Company strategy and legal provisions
  • Adhere to all safety and health practices and promote good housekeeping on an ongoing basis
