Credit Controller
Reporting to the Manager: Credit
Control,
the Credit Controller will be responsible
to;
Roles and
Responsibilities:
• Perform reconciliation of debtors.
• Verify customer ratings at Banks and
ITC.
• Open and maintain chain store,
general
debtors’ accounts and terms of
payments.
• Responsible for the timely and
effective
collection of debts and customer
payment.
• Allocation and accurate processing
of
payments and remittances, chain store
and
general debtors transactions and
claims.
• Identify and recover short payments.
• Identify bad debtors and make
recommendation
for handing over for collection of bad
debts.
Qualification and
Experience
• Grade 12.
• At least five years’ work experience
in the
field.
• Computer literate and competent in
MS Office.
• SAP experience in the Finance
Modules
• FMCG experience will be an added
advantage
Driver
Reporting to the Manager: Fleet/
Distribution, the Driver will be
responsible
to;
Roles and
Responsibilities:
• Drive vehicles to designated
destinations for
customer product deliveries within
deadlines.
• Analyze delivery address, determine
appropriate routes and maintain
schedule.
• Load and unload products from trucks
and
trailers.
• Work with support team to provide
exceptional
customer services and address customer
concerns.
• Maintain driving log, prepare
vehicle
performance forms and complete daily
paperwork.
• To provide a high standard of
customer service
at all times.
Qualification and
Experience
• Grade 12 with at least four years
experiences.
• Valid driving license of CE and
public driving
permit.
• Must be able to properly communicate
in
English.
• Be prepared to work odd hours,
public
holidays and overtime when required.
• Be prepared to work shifts.
Sales Representative
Reporting to the Manager: Area Sales,
the
Sales Representative will be
responsible
to;
Roles and
Responsibilities:
• Lead, motivate, direct, train,
control and
performance manage merchandisers.
• Daily field sales execution to set
sales
standards against agreed sales
objectives and
targets.
• Order placement, follow up and
control of EDI
order execution.
• Control stock and returns in line
with FIFO
stock rotation principles.
• Support price monitoring and
merchandising.
• Administration of returns, sales
reports and
pricing claims.
• Control promotional assets and
equipment.
• Building and maintaining
relationships with
customers.
• High integrity as a Bokomo Namibia
Representative.
Qualification and
Experience
• Diploma in Commerce, Marketing or
Sales.
• or at least three (3) years’
experience in
Field Sales or Key Accounts in the
FMCG
environment.
• Must have own transport and a valid
unendorsed driver’s license.
Manager: Human
Resources
Reporting to the Head: Human
Resources,
the Manager Human Resources will be
responsible to;
Roles and Responsibilities:
• To implement all updated HR Policies
and
procedures and ensure adherence to
such.
• Implement HR best practices, ensure
good
governance and adherence to statutory
and
audit requirements.
• Implement salary structures and
advise on
remuneration matters.
• Ensure internal equity and external
equity
which includes job evaluations and
salary
surveys.
• Oversee the administration of
relevant
company benefits.
• Facilitate the recruitment and
selection
processes of assigned departments.
• Responsible for HR induction.
• Facilitate healthy workplace
relations and
communication between management and
staff.
• Be actively involved in union
negotiations and
discussions.
• Perform specialized tasks relating
to discipline
and grievances.
• Manage the development of training
and
development initiatives and individual
development plans.
• Ensure departmental training plans
are
drafted, captured appropriately and
executed.
• Implement performance management
tools
and advise management on performance
management.
• Assist HOD’s with achieving the
strategic
departmental objectives.
• Ensure staff transportation is
properly
managed.
Qualification and
Experience
• Degree in Human Resource Management
and/or Industrial Relations.
• At least eight years HR experience
• Computer literate in office
programs.
• Excellent negotiation and
communication
skills.
