VACANCY: HEAVY VEHICLE DRIVERS
REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:• Namibian citizen.
• Grade 10 literacy level.
• Minimum age of 25 years.
• A minimum of 3 years articulated driving experience
with a valid Code CE (14) license.
• Criminal record verification (Certificate of Conduct)
essential.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Good understanding of company policies &
procedures.
• Good interactive & communication skills.
• Sober habits and medically fit.
• Safe driving record.
• Must be prepared to work weekends and public
holidays.
KEY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:• Prepare vehicle for trip and operate heavy duty
vehicles.
• Load, transport and off-loading of vehicles.
• Driver actions regarding the weather/road/traffic
conditions.
• Reporting procedure of emergencies and defects
• Complete & handle required documentation.
• Adhere to and promote Safety Procedures.
• Perform ancillary duties.
