SALES REPRESENTATIVE in WINDHOEK

and

JUNIOR SALES REPRESENTATIVE in KATIMA MULILO

PURPOSE OF THE POSITIONS:
To present, promote and sell products to existing and prospective customers; to establish,
develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

KEY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensure availability of products and timeous delivery to clients
• Supervise Merchandisers and Field Marketers (Sales Rep)
• Ensure Customer satisfaction at all times
• Provide monthly client reports and feedback to Sales Manager
• Establish new accounts and maintain current accounts
• Ensure up to date with new trends in the market
• Present, promote and sell products/service to existing and prospective customers
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Resolve customer problems and complaints
• Analyse the market’s potential, track sales and status reports
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcome
• General Administration

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Grade 12 Certificate
• A tertiary qualification in Marketing/Sales will be an advantage (Sales Rep)
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience within the FMCG environment
• Computer literate
• Must be able to communicate in English and Afrikaans
• Must have a valid drivers’ licence AND own Transport
• Willing to work long hours and over weekends
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
• Planning, time management and organisational skills
• Excellent Customer relations
• Self-motivated, driven and persistent
• Trustworthy
• Able to work independently and under pressure
