Wildlife Veterinarian

Requirements:
- Bachelor of Veterinary Science
- Must have unconditional registration with
Namibian veterinary council (prerequisite)
- Must have additional wildlife category registration
with Namibian veterinary council (prerequisite)

Experience Requirements:
- Veterinarian with 5 or more years of experience
- Surgical, clinical and wildlife experience
- Previous experience working with an NGO or other
non-profit organisation
- Experience in the raising and rehabilitation of
orphaned wildlife
- Wildlife research experience

Crucial Skills:
- History of good conduct within the working
environment
- Good administrative skills
- Conservation background will be beneficial
- Must be a dynamic, motivated, disciplined
individual with good leadership skills that will
contribute positively to the team within which work
will be conducted.
