G4S Manned Security Namibia (Pty) Ltd requires the services of 2 Security Managers
based in Windhoek. The successful candidates will report to the Regional Ops Manager
Khomas: Manned Security, Windhoek.
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES- Servicing of Contracts
- Training and Motivation of Security employees
- Day to day management of : Manned Security, Digital Management System, Loss Control, Safety & Systems
- Management of logistics/equipment
- Financial control over expenses and debtors
- Maintain excellent service quality and client relationships
- Ability to carry out investigations and the submission of written reports
- Supervision of a group of senior officers
REQUIREMENTS- Grade12 (proof to be provided)
- 5 years security management experience
- 3 years Supervisory experience
- Fluent in both English and Afrikaans, fluency in a 3rd language will be an advantage.
- Service orientated
- Driver’s License – Code B
- Own transport and housing
- Safety and Security qualifications will be an advantage
- Experience in investigations
- No criminal record
- Highly disciplined and strong personality
- Sound communication skills
- Should be willing to work after hours with as much as possible flexibility.
