On behalf of our client, a very well established ICT firm, we are recruiting the following
Windhoek based vacancy:

Senior Manager: Microsoft Operations Namibia

Key Performance Areas:
• Establish, design, implement and ensure continuous functioning of the Microsoft Platform
Management Business Model which includes the Microsoft partner network, Learning and
assessment, certifications, Channel Incentive program, Rebates and Vouchers, Software
Assurance Claims and Recoveries (DDPS:SDPS).
• The Microsoft Lifecycle Management business will provide a single platform strategy for
Microsoft for BCG globally and provide the full lifecycle management to the Microsoft
Licensing customers.
• Responsible to assist the Managing Executive: MLM with the establishment, design and
implementation and continuous functioning of the Microsoft Platform Management Model in
terms of the following:
• Microsoft Partner Network, Learning and Assessment, Certifications, Channel Incentive
Program (CHIP), Rebates and Vouchers, Software Assurance Claims and Recoveries
(DDPS; SDPS)
• Resource Management
• Financial Management
• Vendor (Microsoft) Relationship Management

Key Requirements:
• Namibian Citizenship / Permanent Residence
• Minimum Grade 12
• BCom degree is required
• 10 years’ experience in various Microsoft environments
• At least 5 years’ experience in managing resources
• At least 2 years’ experience in managing Microsoft Partner Network, CHIP, certifications
and learning and assessments for an organisation
• At least 2 years’ experience in managing Client Relationships
