Applicants must have knowledge of the following
and must meet the requirements as set out below.
• Minimum of 8 years work experience in Road
Rehabilitation
& Maintenance
• Experience in Rubber based Bitumen seal
• Valid driver’s licence & own vehicle
• Fluent in English & Afrikaans
• Computer Literate (MS Office & project)
• Supervisory Skills
• Administrative Skills
• Must be willing to work away from home for a
longer period

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
• Supervising Construction Site
• Establishing site workforce
• Designing, quantifying and estimating materials
for Road Rehabilitation
• Managing and monitoring staff and subcontractors
