Key Performance Areas• Plan daily production and print schedules to maximize productivity
• Ability to communicate and delegate to a team in order to maximize productivity and efficiency
• Monitor and control production in order to produce the best possible quality in the most cost effective way
• Manage staff administration and development to ensure a productive and motivated staff compliment
• Monitor and control all usage of production material in order to produce accurate dailyconsumption reports and to ensure adequate stock at all times
• Meet deadlines
• Meet quality standards set by company
• Minimize waste in the production processes
