PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
Responsible for effective management of the
maintenance function of the hotel
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Design and implement an effective preventative
maintenance plan.
• Budgeting, reporting and controlling
• Designing and implementation of effective
repairs and maintenance process
• Asset management
• Risk management
• Project management
• Establishing and management of maintenance
SLA (Service Level Agreements with Suppliers)
• Talent management
SKILLS REQUIRED
• Technical skills in electrical, mechanical,
plumbing, mechanical, refrigeration, airconditioning,
carpentry and general building
repairs
