Labour Law Consultancy has an opportunity for Junior
Legal Advisors in Keetmanshoop.
No experience is required, however, a passion for
labour law is essential.


The incumbent will be responsible for assisting clients
with queries and/or advice regarding the National
Equitable Economic Empowerment Framework
(NEEEF) and/or Employment Equity (EE), compiling
NEEEF scorecards and plans, drafting and submitting
EE plans, obtaining certificates and making
recommendations to employers with regard to NEEEF
and EE.

The applicant must have an applicable four-year law
degree; Namibian citizenship; be in possession of a
valid driver’s licence; own a reliable vehicle; and his/
her own smartphone and laptop.
All applicants must be fully bilingual.
Basic Salary = N$ 17 000.00 plus a car and cellphone
allowance.
