Key Accountabilities:

• Administering primary health care and monitor chronic lifestyle diseases.
• Attend to all Injuries on duty, as well as processing and maintaining all claims.
• Compile and distribute monthly health topics for awareness and arrange special health clinics for
lifestyle diseases.
• Assist with Wellness campaigns, conduct pre-and post-counselling and HIV testing.
• Conduct all random drugs testing, counselling of positive cases as well as capturing of data and
statistical reports.
• Maintain accurate administration, primary health care statistics, sick leave, incident reports well as
Archiving and filling of all medical records.
• Coordinating and communicating with external stakeholders regarding employees in need of referrals
and external bookings (e.g. bookings and Transport).
• Maintain accurate stock control in clinic.
• Assist with Occupational health duties.
• Maintain the 360 health Database; Capture all abnormalities from Occupational Health examinations.
• Ensure compliance with set standards and legislation.
• Required to Conduct Standby Duties.
