Process Operators:

Key Accountabilities

• Processing plant start-up, operation and shut down Understand and execute safe operating procedures Monitor and
adjust plant parameters to maintain KPI’s on target
• Follow operational instructions and provide operational feedback to SCADA
• Accurate data logging, record keeping and basic knowledge of representative sampling procedures
• Conduct basic root cause analysis and execute corrective changes in a safe and responsible manner
• Adhere to the Company Code of Conduct at all times, valuing Company standards and regulations under all
circumstances
• Apply and uphold Company SHEQ standards and requirements at all times

Minimum Requirements:
• Minimum of grade 12 (20 points)
• Competent in English (written and spoken)
• At least 2/3 years operating experience in mining operations
• Previous mining experience in leaching, SX or EW operations will be an advantage
• Overhead crane operating experience will be an advantage
• Forklift or Telehandler license will be an advantage

Process Operators Assistants

Key Accountabilities

• Over-all assistance to Process Operators with their duties and responsibilities
• Assist with safe start-up and shut down operation at processing plant
• Accurate data logging, record keeping and sampling
• Conduct housekeeping activities
• Assist with plant inspections, basic root cause analysis and providing accurate feedback to operators and supervisors
• Adhere to the Company Code of Conduct at all times, valuing Company standards and regulations under all
circumstances
• Apply and uphold Company SHEQ standards and requirements at all times

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum of grade 10
• Competent in English (written and spoken)
• At least 1 year experience in mining industry operation
• Previous mining experience in leaching, SX and EW operations will be an advantage
• Forklift or Telehandler license will be an advantage
